Job Title : Software Training Specialist

Location : Princeton Junction, NJ

Duties : Assess training needs with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives. Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees. Improve job skills in the fields of Java/J2EE, QA (Manual & Automation), DevOps and Production support. Negotiate contracts with clients including desired training outcomes, fees, or expenses. Supervise, evaluate, or refer instructors to skill development classes. Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment, or instructors. training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures. Attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs. POCs, technical presentations, trainings to achieve Continuous Development (CD) and Continuous Integration (CI).

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or applications or equivalent. Overall knowledge of software application development cycle, work Experience in requirements gathering, development and quality assurance. Knowledge of software coding/scripting and various tools. Exposure in Team Management, Training, Recruitment, and Agile methodologies and prior experience as a coach, lead or mentor in teams and projects.
