Job Title : Management Analyst
Location : Princeton Junction, NJ
Duties : Strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Implement procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. Prepare manuals and train workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy. Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program. Creation, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of all tools created to support the configuration management process as well as contribute to the development and execution of CM processes and standards. Provide customer and personal services. Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Work as a facilitator between the various internal organizations to ensure product policy and processes are negotiated, documented, and executed accurately. Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used. Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
Requirements : Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent and 5 years experience as a manager operations and/or business development. Experience should include BPO Operations, International, service delivery, client servicing, SLA Management, Process Reengineering & Improvement, Team Management, Training, and Recruitment, Transition Management, Solution Build and RFP response. Expertise with Business Process tools Visio and Business Modeling. Certificate in Risk Management, Prince2@Foundation in Project Management, Agile Scrum Master. M-F, 40hrs/wk.
