Job Title : Financial Analyst

Location : Princeton, NJ.

Requirements : Requires bachelors degree in commerce, finance, or related field. Will accept 3- or 4-year degree or bachelors equivalent based on combination of education or experience as determined by a professional evaluation service. Must have 1 year of experience as a financial analyst with experience in business finance, accounting, marketing, research, human resources, and customer relationship.

Duties : Coordinate overall financial, accounting, and operational activities. Prepare annual budget and monitor company projections for income, expenses and earnings using financial tools. Assess tax liabilities for the company and strategize for minimal tax liability. Implement new accounting systems. Interpreting accounting ratios and non-accounting ratios. Consolidate financial data with foreign entity as part of the annual audit. Advise on financial issues, including profitability, investments, and short/long-term financial plans. Design, implement and monitor internal control systems. Produce monthly reports including key metrics regarding business goals, project budgets and projected income/expenses.
