Job Title : IT Business Analyst

Location : Princeton, NJ. Travel to client sites may be required within BLS Area NY-NJ-PA.

Requirements : Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering/related field plus 60 months experience in IT Business Analyst/Systems Analyst/Programmer Analyst/related position. Must have minimum of two (2) years of experience using Agile or Waterfall methodologies and any three (3) of the following skills: MS Visio, Enterprise Architect, JIRA, QuickTest Pro (QTP), and Version control tools. Foreign academic equivalent accepted.

Duties : Responsible for delivering business requirements that drive technical solutions including: Analyze and understand user requirements and specifications; Document and capture software requirements in the form of epics, features, user stories, process models and use cases using Agile or Waterfall Methodologies development for development teams to design/develop applications; Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing effective and efficient solutions to meet business requirements; Assist product owners with user acceptance testing; Produce written documentation and maintain document repository; Assist and train customer support teams on new system features.
